What if I can't attend live?

We highly recommend attending live so you can take advantage of the Q&A at the end. However, there will be a replay available for 24 hours after the event takes place.

Does this work if someone in my family has a food allergy or is vegan?

As parents of a child who had food allergies for years, we know there’s no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach to healthy eating. The strategies in this masterclass will be adaptable to fit your unique needs.

Does this work if my child is a picky eater or is in feeding therapy?

It’s not unusual for kids to be picky eaters (adults, too, for that matter). The advice we’ll share will give you practical strategies on how to address that. If your child is in feeding therapy (or it has been recommended to you), this isn’t a replacement for that, but it can be a helpful accessory to it.

How many family members can attend?

The class is parent focused, but it’s for the entire family, so all are welcome. Whether it’s one parent, both, or everyone under your roof, we don’t charge per person — it’s a family thing!

Will you be hosting classes for kids?

No matter how well educated your kids are, healthy eating practices always come down to the person who buys the food and prepares the meals. That’s why, at this time, we’d rather teach the parents how to educate their children — and they’ll be looking to you as an example anyway.

How much does the class cost?


So... we’re not exactly “normal” (just ask anyone who knows us well).

We don’t really even know what normal is. But we do know that we aren’t particularly excited about the thought of letting diet and exercise take over our lives, and that seems to be something a lot of people have in common.

Is that a weird thing for a personal trainer and nutrition coach to say?

Probably. But we’re ok with being a little weird. (Maybe that’s actually what normal is anyway.)

You don’t have to consider yourself normal for our coaching to work for you, but if you want to:

  • Lose belly fat

  • Have more energy

  • Master meal plans

  • Feel strong and confident

…and if you like the idea of doing that without having to live in the gym or spend all of your (limited) free time in the kitchen, we think you’ll fit in just fine.
