If you answered yes to one or more physical readiness questions on the form it’s important that you talk with your doctor by phone or in person BEFORE beginning a new exercise and nutrition program. Tell your doctor which question you answered YES to.


We’d like you to have your healthcare provider sign a medical clearance form.


You may be able to do any activity you want — as long as you start slowly and build up gradually. Or, you may need to restrict your activities to those which are safe for you. Tell your doctor you’ll be participating in a low impact, low intensity, strength-based exercise program with the goal of losing 5-10 pounds in 60 days, and follow his/her advice.


We highly recommend discussing this with your doctor. However, if you choose not to take this advice, we’ll need you to sign an additional medical release waiver.
